After spending the best parts of the last decade in and around some of Brisbane’s most loved bands, Christian Duell (Mr Rascal), Martin MacDonald (Son of Sea) and Matthew Vale (ex Lion Island) reunite from separate corners of the globe for a rare intimate acoustic performance.

After a two-year break, Christian Duell is breathing new life into Mr Rascal, taking it back to where it started as a bedroom project but now harnessing the magic of the internet to reach other bedrooms across the world.

Martin MacDonald (aka Son of Sea), most recently based in London and soon to relocate to Melbourne, has been steadily chipping away at ‘The Dreaded Green Bag’; a project of 6 lovingly handmade and self-produced songs and matching ‘Super 8’ music videos.

Matthew Vale, formerly of Lion Island fame is finding new inspiration as a solo artist and is “currently putting together a solo EP with all new stuff” and is looking forward to testing out these new songs.
